Torchic never uses Flamethrower! Ember looks like bullet seed.... sort of... all the other fire starters get to use Flamethrower, so why change it so Torchic can't? XD
My friends who have out-dated in pokemon call Torchic "the orange chicken" cause it's cute, I still call Torchic Achamo sometimes.... =3

Um, in case you didn't know, Torchic can learn flamethrower. The thing is, it has to be at level 43. If you want it to learn flamethrower, it can not, repeat, can NOT evolve into Combusken until Torchic reaches 43 and learns Flamethrower. Then if you want it to evolve, the choice is ours. I just thought I'd answer your question since no one else did on here.

Torchic is never seen using Flame Thrower in the anime, it'd look soo cool :)

well, no problem. Glad to be of help. Believe me, in my Pokemon game, I wanted my Torchic to use Flamethrower, then I learned from the book what level it had to be... (it'd probably be easier just to get the TM, and I think you can get that TM at the Game Corner, if I'm not mistaken.)

Yeah, it would have looked really cool in the Anime!

And no problem. I love Torchic. *wink*
